Come As You Are is a Catholic young adults community for anyone who is seeking faith, friendship, and a place to belong. We gather every second Sunday from 1-3pm for teaching, prayer, reflection, social time, and fun.

Our heart is simple: to walk together on our journey with Christ. Whether your faith is strong, searching, or somewhere in between, you are welcome here. This is a space to grow spiritually, build meaningful friendships, and be surrounded by like-minded young people who support and encourage one another.

Our name, “Come As You Are,” who our greatly valued member, Anthony came up with, reflects the message at the centre of our community. God meets each of us exactly where we are. We don’t have to be perfect, have everything figured out, or reach a certain stage before coming to Him. You are welcome just as you are and you don’t have to walk the journey alone.

Each gathering includes:
* Faith teaching and discussion
* Time for prayer and reflection
* Opportunities to connect and build friendships
* A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere
